Telemarketing Executive
Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products and services.
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prepare call reports and provide regular feedback to management.
Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to implement promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
