Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Female Telemarketing Executive
to be the voice of our company. The primary role is to generate high-quality sales leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for the senior sales team. This position is ideal for a confident, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to earn substantial income through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential clients using provided databases and CRM systems.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Clearly and confidently pitch our products/services to generate interest, and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., budget, need, timeline).
Appointment Setting:
Successfully convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments for the Sales Managers.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up notes.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and appointment setting.
Customer Service:
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on all calls, effectively handling customer queries, objections, and complaints.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, and current promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Gender & Age:
Female candidate, preferably under 35 years old.
Experience:
Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) in Telemarketing, Telesales, or a Call Center environment is highly advantageous, but driven fresh graduates are also welcome.
Communication:
Exceptional
verbal communication skills in English
with a clear, engaging, and professional phone manner. Fluency in other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) is a plus.
Mindset:
Highly
persistent, goal-oriented,
and resilient to rejection.
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
Work Ethic:
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
