Telemarketing Executives

Job Summary

We are seeking a

Telemarketing Executive

fluent in

English, Hindi & Tagalog

, with at least

1 year of experience

in telecalling or telesales. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients, explain our immigration and visa services, handle inquiries, and generate qualified leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to promote immigration, visa, and tourism services.

Explain services

clearly and persuasively in

English, Hindi & Tagalog

.

Follow up

with interested leads to provide additional details or finalize service enrollments. Maintain accurate

call records and client information

in CRM systems. Meet or exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly

performance and conversion targets.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Must be

fluent in English, Hindi & Tagalog

(spoken). Excellent

communication, listening, and interpersonal

skills. Confident and persuasive with a

positive attitude

. Ability to

work under pressure

and achieve set targets. Basic

computer knowledge

(MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
