Job Description
We're looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community.
Responsibilities: -
Be outstanding at relationship building. LinkedIn Professional user - social sales, relation/network building Calling prospects, send direct emails and perform other lead generation activities. Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management requirements. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must be highly and eager to learn. Professional phone etiquette. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
