We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive
Tele sales Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through telephonic outreach, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential clients.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role (minimum 2 years). Excellent communication skills in English [add local language if applicable]. Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Female candidates are highly preferred for this role.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
