Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive
Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have preferably female on husband /student visa andexcellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 2 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or promotions Generate sales leads and meet or exceed monthly targets Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversions Provide product information and handle customer queries efficiently Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills Strong customer focus and ability to handle rejection Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
