We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Telemarketing Client Executive to engage potential clients over the phone, present tailored solutions, and convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will be confident, results-driven, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business
Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of current customer expectations and sales etiquette
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
