Responsibilities






Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Follow a prepared script to present offerings and handle objections confidently. Identify customer needs and provide accurate product information and benefits. Record customer responses, update contact details, and maintain call logs. Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team when required. Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets set by management. Conduct surveys or gather feedback to improve product offerings or services. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to refine messaging and campaigns.

Job Profile






High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or outbound calling roles. Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software. Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and ability to handle rejections professionally.
