We are seeking a motivated and articulate
Telemarketing Executive
who is fluent inEnglish
to join our sales and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, setting appointments, and generating leads.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound calls
to prospects and existing customers using provided leads or contact lists. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the company'sproducts or services
in fluent English.Generate interest
and qualify leads by understanding customer needs. Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team. Maintain and update customer records and call details in the CRM system. Meet or exceeddaily and weekly call targets
and performance KPIs. Handleobjections professionally
and persistently follow up with potential clients. Provide feedback on call outcomes and customer responses to improve campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and target audiences.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
