Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a

Telemarketing Executive

with excellent communication and calling skills to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic, and confident in outbound calling, appointment setting, and lead generation. Prior experience in UAE-based telecalling or telesales is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to potential leads across various industries Present company offerings and generate interest Identify decision-makers and qualify leads Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team Update CRM system with call details and follow-up actions Follow up on warm leads from campaigns, website, and events Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead strategies Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

What You Bring

2-4 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (UAE/GCC region preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence and clarity in phone-based conversations Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus) Organized, target-driven, and enthusiastic about client interaction Any industry background is welcome - performance and energy matter most
