Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
Handle customer objections and provide clear information
Update the CRM system with customer information and call details
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (Other regional languages like Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu are an added advantage)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
