Job Summary:

We are seeking a

motivated and customer-focused Arabic candidates

to join our Sales & Customer Relations team as a

Telemarketing Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

outbound calling, lead generation, and client relationship management

to support the company's business development goals.

The role requires

excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Telemarketing & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services/products. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive communication. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other channels. Maintain and update a database of prospects and existing clients.
Client Relations Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions. Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure service quality. Support continuous improvement by sharing customer insights.
Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team by providing client updates and relevant information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client communication in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

Arabic candidates

with a passion for customer engagement and communication. Proven experience in

telemarketing, telesales, or customer relations

(preferred but not mandatory).

Fluent in Arabic and English

-- both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills. Proficient in

MS Office

and

CRM software

. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
