Telemarketing Executive
Job Description
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer support roles
Ability to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Skilled in sending professional emails and following up with clients
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
Willingness to accompany the supervisor for site visits with high-end clients
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Positive attitude, target-driven, and well-organized
