Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide product or service information in a clear and engaging manner.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
