We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a
Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Assistant
. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. You will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our services, and supporting our digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a customer database.
Present and explain products or services to prospects.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Assist in basic digital marketing activities such as:
Social media posting and engagement
Updating website content
Email marketing campaigns
Creating simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
Maintain records of calls and leads using CRM systems.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, content posting, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or social media schedulers is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher; marketing or business studies is a plus.
Previous experience in B2B marketing is an advantage.
Multilingual skills are a bonus.
