Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
Generate leads, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain client records and update CRM or tracking sheets.
Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and close opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
Maintain a professional and positive customer service approach at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience
in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling (mandatory).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
