A medical center located in Shamkha-Abu Dhabi is looking for Telemarketing Agent, that will be responsible for promoting our medical services, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with our patients. And will also handle call center duties, ensuring excellent customer service at every interaction.
Responsibilities :
-Make outbound calls to promote medical services and special offers.
-Follow up with leads and potential clients to schedule appointments.
-Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
-Maintain an organized database of patient information and call logs.
-Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to confirm appointments.
-Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and general customer support.
-Provide accurate information regarding treatments, insurance, and offers.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in telemarketing or call center, preferably in a medical setting.
-Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Fluency in Arabic.
