We are looking for a proactive and persuasive telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on potential clients, and promoting our services over the phone. This role is vital to expanding our client base and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Book appointments and schedule meetings for senior sales or business development teams.
Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant services.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign planning and strategy alignment.
Stay updated on company services, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telemarketer, telesales representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
Basic understanding of CRM software and call tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
Experience in IT services.
UAE driving license for occasional client visits and field support.
Multilingual skills (especially Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam) are a plus.
