outbound calls
to potential students or parents. Explain ourmusic and dance classes
(Guitar, Piano, Drums, Keyboard, Dance) clearly and confidently. Promote the benefits of learning performing arts and answer any queries. Achievedaily and monthly enrollment targets
. Maintaincall records
and updateExcel sheets
regularly. Providefriendly and professional customer service
on every call.Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Must speakEnglish fluently
(Arabic speaking is a plus) Good computer knowledge, especiallyExcel
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated Previous telemarketing experience is an advantageWhat We Offer:
