Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate services and property listings.
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from property seekers.
Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate contact details and communication history.
Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales and leasing agents.
Follow up with clients after initial contact to maintain engagement.
Explain property features, pricing, and offers professionally and persuasively.
Assist in marketing campaigns by following up on leads from online portals and social media.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of current listings, market trends, and company promotions.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in
telemarketing, telesales, or customer service
, preferably in the
real estate sector
(sales, leasing, or property management).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
and basic

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
