We are urgently seeking a motivated and results-driven
Telemarketer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and service providers to promote Talent Xchange, generate leads, and schedule appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly understand client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and maintenance companies across the UAE.
Promote Talent Xchange platform and explain its benefits clearly.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings or platform demos with interested companies.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM.
Follow up with leads and respond to queries promptly.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
