. As a Tele - caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. This role is essential in supporting our property sales and rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Explain property features, locations, and benefits clearly to clients over the phone.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales agents.
Maintain a client database and update call records regularly.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely information.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tele - caller or similar customer service/sales role (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
