Make outbound calls to prospect new clients and present our offers Identify prospects' needs and offer suitable solutions Follow up on established contacts and maintain an up-to-date database in Salesforce Negotiate commercial terms and conclude B2B sales Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize telemarketing campaigns Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Job Requirements
Experience in telemarketing or sales, ideally in a BtoC environment Strong communication and negotiation skills A strong sense of customer service and an ability to build lasting relationships Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Salesforce A good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques
