Telemarketer - Full Time (Real Estate Experience Required)

We are looking for a
full-time Telemarketer
with
experience in the real estate industry
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
cold calling, lead generation, and setting appointments
for our sales agents. You must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and have a strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads
Qualify leads and set appointments for agents
Maintain and update CRM with accurate information
Follow scripts and adapt to conversations naturally
Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telemarketing experience in real estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
