Job Description
We are looking for a
Telesales Marketer
to promote and enroll students in ourprofessional education and training courses
. The ideal candidate will communicate with potential customersvia telephone and face-to-face meetings
, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable courses.Job Responsibilities:
Contact potential students through
phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
Explain education and training courses clearly and confidently Handletelephonic counseling and face-to-face meetings
Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admissions Achievedaily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs)
Build long-term relationships with students and parentsRequirements:
Proven experience in
Telesales, Telemarketing, or Education Counseling
Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle targets and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or lead management)Candidate must be on a valid personal visa
Experience in education or training institutes is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
