24.7 Uniforms is looking for a dynamic

Telemarketing & Telesales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote

custom-made uniforms

and related services. Generate new leads and follow up on warm leads provided by the company. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable uniform solutions. Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and close sales deals over the phone. Maintain an updated database of contacts and sales progress in the CRM system. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the production and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar sales role. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to persuade and influence potential clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Familiarity with

uniforms, workwear, or B2B sales

is a plus. Proficiency in

CRM software and Microsoft Office

is an advantage. Fluent in

English

; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
