Telecommunications Agent
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecommunications Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team at Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi. As a Telecommunication Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between guests and hotel staff, providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

\xc2\xb7 Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any requests they may have.

\xc2\xb7 Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly to the appropriate person or department.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in coordinating guest requests and inquiries with other hotel departments.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the hotel\'s telephone switchboard system and ensure its proper functioning at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with guest information.

\xc2\xb7 Follow the hotel\'s established procedures and policies to ensure guest satisfaction.

\xc2\xb7 Resolve any guest complaints or issues related to telecommunications, escalating as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated with hotel information, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xb7 Fluent in both written and spoken English (Russian language isa a plus).

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic office software.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
