Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Manage bookings, extensions, and cancellations
Coordinate with operations/drivers for vehicle availability and dispatch.
Follow up with customers on documents, payments, and returns
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
Maintain daily reports and customer records
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or operations (car rental experience is a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and follow up confidently
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
Candidates must be inside UAE
