Job Description

Managing sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals Achieving agreed upon sales target Identifying and approaching potential new customers Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales Discussing business, product or service needs with new and current customers Preparing Monthly sales reports, sales strategy and other reports for the Management and the Board of Directors Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet Coordinating between pre-sales, suppliers and technical teams Monitoring competition by gathering current market information on pricing and new products Supervising and mentoring Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and service team Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitating the training of salespeople Work on site . Arabic speaking only Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
