Job Summary: Looking for a Telecom Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of telecommunications systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop technical specifications and project plans for various telecommunications projects
• Carry out site surveys to assess the feasibility of network installations and identify potential challenges
• Assist in the installation, configuration, as well as testing of network equipment, including switches, routers, antennas, and other hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, performance, as well as equipment malfunctions
• Participate in telecom projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
• Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies and trends
• Offer support in analyzing data and generating reports
• Participate in regular maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of the telecommunications infrastructure
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Telecommunications or related field of study
• Should be fresh with at least 2 years of related working experience
• Strong academic foundation in telecom protocols, networking, and systems required
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about telecom technologies and their applications are a must
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities required
• Must be a good communicator
• Must be familiar with telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies
• Must be familiar with network equipment such as routers, switches, antennas, as well as cabling
• Expertise in using network diagnostic tools and software required
