Job Description
Description Design and specification development for Telecommunication and networking ) Copper and Fiber (horizontal and vertical and backbone)
Support Project Team to deliver the Project in within a set time frame
Team with other Business units and technical staff supporting the enterprise to evolve and maintain Concur\'s worldwide voice network
Troubleshoot complex multi-area issues to identify root cause and corrective action
Lead the planning of incremental improvements, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise voice network
Integrate IM/Chat with Voice System for status and UC Collaboration needs
Setup, Configuration and support of SIP and TDM trunks and clients
Support Voice Messaging Systems and transmission hardware intra campus transmission circuits and termination hardware
Develop strategic telephony and collaboration plans that optimize business collaboration across the Concur enterprise and with suppliers and customers
Resolve critical network problems Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
