Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide a warm, professional welcome to clients at the reception.
Proactively call existing and potential customers to book appointments and follow up on inquiries.
Manage the appointment booking system, schedule consultations, and coordinate with doctors/therapists.
Provide information about services, treatments, and wellness packages to customers.
Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and handling customer feedback.
Assist in promoting special offers, wellness programs, and events.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Prior experience in
healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry
is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with strong command of
spoken and written English
