About Us

Al Ranim Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in premium and investment properties. We are expanding our sales support team and looking for a confident, self-motivated Telecalling & Listing Executive to help us grow our property inventory and strengthen our market presence.

The Telecalling & Listing Executive will focus on generating new property listings, making outbound calls to property owners, and coordinating with agents for both rental and sales transactions. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining accurate listings across major property portals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to landlords, investors, and property owners to secure new listings.

Create and upload listings (rent and sale) with valid Form A, ownership proof, and verified photos.

Manage and update property information on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

Coordinate with agents to ensure all property details are accurate and compliant.

Maintain and update records in the company's CRM system.

Follow up with clients, schedule viewing appointments, and maintain a daily activity log.

Ensure all listings meet company and DLD quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation (real estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, French, Russian, German, or Dutch is a plus. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic computer literacy (Excel, CRM, and portal uploads). Available to join immediately in Dubai.
