We are seeking dynamic and motivated

Tele Sales Executives

to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals passionate about financial markets and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote our trading services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand market trends and client needs to provide relevant trading solutions. Work closely with internal teams to execute growth strategies and drive revenue. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 3,500 per month (based on experience and performance) Attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses Visa and medical insurance provided by the company Direct interview with the company (no third-party involvement)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Solid understanding of financial markets (Forex, CFDs) is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus Experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is a strong advantage Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of

Hindi, English, Malayalam & Tamil

is highly desirable
