Job Description

Akarat.com is Dubai's premium real estate portal, trusted for verified listings and seamless property experiences. As part of our growth, we are looking for dynamic Telecallers to join our expanding team.

Position: Telecaller



Location

: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type

: Full-time

Key Responsibilities



Engage with potential clients, property seekers, and agencies through outbound calls. Present Akarat.com's services in a clear, professional manner. Build rapport, generate leads, and schedule follow-ups. Maintain accurate records and update client information in the system. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements



Prior experience in

Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service

is an advantage. Excellent communication in

English

(mandatory). Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred:

Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Egyptian Arabic, and other regional languages

. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Based in the UAE with good knowledge of local culture and markets.
