sales and rentals

across prime communities. We are also one of the fastest-growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage operating on a

100% Commission base.

We are looking for a

motivated Telecaller

to connect with Real estate Agents and recruite them to join our 100% commission model.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit

real estate agents

to join our 100% commission model.

Call 200 existing agents daily

from our database to propose the plan.

WhatsApp 200 agents daily

in the Dubai market to promote the opportunity. Generate and manage leads through

LinkedIn, Dubizzle, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct

interviews and follow-ups

to onboard qualified candidates. Maintain a

daily outreach tracker

and report hiring progress to management. Create and post

job ads

and

recruitment campaigns

to attract new agents. Support new joiners through

onboarding, orientation, and basic training

about the model. Meet

weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in recruitment, telesales, or real estate hiring Excellent

communication and persuasive skills

over phone and WhatsApp Strong understanding of

Dubai's real estate agent ecosystem

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality. Ability to handle

high-volume outreach (400+ contacts per day).

What We Offer

Fixed salary:

AED 3,000 per month.

Commission per hire

(attractive incentive structure). Additional bonuses for hitting

monthly hiring milestones.
