Job Description
Role Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for calling inbound leads, screening them, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. Additionally, they will track leads through the entire sales process. The role also includes the development and correction of initial sales scripts to ensure effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential clients and screen leads. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team. Track leads from initial contact through the screening call process. Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure smooth progression. Develop and correct initial sales scripts to enhance lead engagement and conversion. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to track leads through the screening call process. Goal-oriented with a focus on lead qualification and sales support. Experience in developing and refining sales scripts.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
