Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain banking products such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, and insurance.Follow up on leads provided by the bank or sourced through campaigns.Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to banking services.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Coordinate with the sales and branch teams for smooth customer onboarding.Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and banking regulations during customer interactions.Required SkillsPrior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in the banking/financial sector is an advantage.Excellent verbal communication skillsStrong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
