Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly in English while maintaining the company's service standards and brand voice.
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
Strong fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Candidates with a valid visa will be preferred.
