Telecaller/ Telesales Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Call and follow up with

provided leads and databases

to qualify potential clients.

Schedule meetings

and property viewings for the sales team (Target: 10 qualified meetings per week). Identify potential property owners and

secure new property listings

for rent or sale. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and meetings in the CRM system. Communicate professionally and confidently with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and client handling. Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Minimum

10 qualified meetings per week

for the sales team. Consistent

lead conversion ratio

improvement.

New property listings

generated weekly/monthly. Quality and accuracy of client data updates in CRM.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

telecalling / telesales

(real estate experience preferred). Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Fluent in

English

(Arabic, French, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus). Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
