Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and inquiries.
Provide accurate information about doctors, services, and available treatments.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and escalate issues to the concerned department.
Promote medical center services through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as a Telecaller or Customer Service Executive in a
UAE medical center or clinic
.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
Strong knowledge of
medical center procedures, insurance coordination, and patient handling.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
