We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. explaining our products
( Tally Prime Software )
and services, and generating leads or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Explain products and services clearly and persuasively
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (English/Hindi is a plus)
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred
Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude
Basic computer skills
Must be currently on a sponsored visa (husband/father visa preferred)
