Recruiter (Remote, India)
Role Purpose:
Keep couriers active, vehicles running, problems solved and cash flow fully under control.
Format: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with leads (incoming candidates from marketing campaigns);Present and "sell" the courier job opportunity in Dubai. Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process. Maintain candidate database and follow up where needed Work according to the Dubai time zone (GMT+4).
Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, or in tele sales/call-center roles.
Strong communication and persuasion skills Fluent English + Hindi (most candidates are native speakers) Confident with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or Excel Discipline and ability to follow processes Need to have own laptop. What We Offer:100% remote work (based in India);
