Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate services and generating leads. The Telecaller will also assist in scheduling appointments with prospective clients and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record in telemarketing or real estate sales. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Identify client needs and provide accurate information about our real estate offerings
Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and track progress
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in real estate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
