We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle client inquiries, schedule snagging inspections, and provide support throughout the process. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide detailed information about snagging services and company offerings.
Schedule inspections and coordinate with the snagging team.
Record client details, issues, and service requests accurately.
Maintain up-to-date records in the system and prepare basic reports.
