Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing French-speaking customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain products/services clearly and accurately in French
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and schedule appointments where required
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and communication standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluency in
French (spoken and written)
is mandatory
Working knowledge of
English
is required; Arabic is an advantage
Previous experience as a telecaller, call center executive, or customer service agent preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Professional telephone etiquette and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience dealing with international or French-speaking clients
Sales or lead-generation background
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
