Handle inbound inquiries, provide event details, and address client queries.
Confirm registrations and attendance for events via phone.
Build rapport with clients to enhance customer relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or event coordinator.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Willingness to work flexible hours during event days.
