We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Female Telecaller to become a part of our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Female Telecaller at Webtek, your role will encompass the following responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in order to introduce and promote our Digital Marketing & IT Development services. Schedule appointments and diligently follow up with clients. Professionally handle incoming calls and promptly address customer inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized records of all outgoing calls and arranged appointments. Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling the building of strong connections with customers and effectively manage any objections. Demonstrated proficiency in organizational abilities, ensuring efficient call management and record keeping. A team-oriented mindset, allowing for seamless collaboration within our work environment.
