Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Communicate clearly in Tagalog and basic English
Explain company services related to visa, health insurance, and medical services
Invite and schedule clients to visit the office
Handle client inquiries professionally and politely
Maintain call records and follow up with clients as needed
Requirements:
Female candidate
Must be fluent in
Tagalog
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and engage clients over the phone
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
