KP Foodstuff LLC, a leading name in the UAE's foodstuff trading industry, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, handling inquiries, promoting our product offerings, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Provide information about company products and services.

Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.

Schedule appointments for sales team when required.

Handle basic customer service issues or direct them to the appropriate department.

Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Assist in maintaining the CRM database.

? Requirements:

High school diploma or above.

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (preferred in FMCG/Foodstuff sector).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
